The exterior was like a macaroon, with the crunchy mixture of coconut and sugar glazing the top, while the interior was soft with buttery kaya filling.
But I was not a fan of it. I find it slightly bland for a macaroon bread.
It enticed me to take a bite of its gleaming macaroon-type top, then I was disappointed when it didn't deliver the macaroon taste I was hoping for.
Happy Eating!

ReplyDeleteI also love their kaya spread but not their coconut kaya.
ReplyDeleteI hope your experience will be different.
