Breaded Fish Fillet

Cream dory fish fillet dredged in batter, rolled in Japanese breadcrumbs, and deep-fried.

It resembled the Cornflakes Crusted Fish Fillet of Astoria, which I love.

I paired it with my home-made garlic mayonnaise, yummy!
