Petra & Pilar's Brownie
Back at Petra & Pilar and with no San Moreno Cake nor Biscotti Dipped in Chocolate & Nuts in sight, I settled for their just-out-of-the-oven Brownie P50.
This is not the type of brownie that you'll rave about, but just a decent tasting brownie.
It is moist but not fudgy, not too sweet and with a strong chocolate flavor.
