Light angel food cake with mango cream icing, fresh mango balls and crushed cashew nuts.
This was way better than the Mango Angel Torte of Goldilocks, which by the way, seemed more a cake than a torte.
There's lightness in the angel cake, crunch from the cashews, creaminess from the icing and sweetness from the ripe mango balls.
A total package that's sweet but still light on the tummy.
