CARAMEL CAKE (3 FOR P100.00 OR P50.00 EACH) Soft chiffon cake with caramel icing that tasted like the top of creme brulee, the burnt sugar. In short, it was good.

you're right, estrel's still sell the best caramel cake. My husband also didn't like costa brava's but it did appeal to me. I like its burnt sugar taste :-)
Costa brava taste better. Cake light and airy . Not too sweet. They used coco sugar Soft and its melt on your mouth . Frosting taste like caramel and not yema
