It tasted of brown cow chocolate syrup. Both the filling and the chocolate shavings on top.
Still, it was soft and buttery but not fluffy.

Tinapayan Chocolate Ensaymada
It tasted of brown cow chocolate syrup. Both the filling and the chocolate shavings on top.
Still, it was soft and buttery but not fluffy.
