My husband knows a steal when he sees one. So when we passed by Cabalen at Robinson's Place Ermita, he made sure we eat there.
For just P128.80, you can have as much as you want from their merienda buffet spread.
For that day they have, palabok, spaghetti, ginatang halo-halo,dinuguan, tokwa, lugaw, puto, biko, cuchinta, and halo-halo.
Though the ingredients in the dishes are limited, but for that price, who am I to complain?
