St Marc Cafe

I like Azabo Sabo in Singapore, and thought that St Marc would give me the same vibe, that I was very excited to try it.

We ordered one of their bestseller parfaits, the Kyoto Delight

This was delicious as there's a lot of layer of taste and texture. But I wanted it to have more green tea ice cream than just a small scoop on the side. The red bean paste beside the ice cream was also good and tasted freshly-made. This dessert is best shared, as you'll find it hard to finish alone.

We also tried their Nara

They forgot to put the matcha jellies when they first served it to us, that we returned it. The picture here was what was served to us the second time. It wasn't that presentable anymore, but we just let it slide, as they were just newly-opened. 

The matcha jellies were very bitter, but were enjoyable to eat when paired with the ice cream. 

To go, I ordered their famous Choco Cro and Strawberry Daifuku

Best eaten warm.

Tim Ho Wan

Finally able to try their first store in the Philippines. The line that day and time though were not that long. We were able to be seated in just 10 minutes. But I guess the best time to go is still around 3-4PM, as there's no line.

I ordered the Dumplings Teochew Style, Vermicelli Roll with BBQ Pork, Rice with Chicken, Mushroom and Sausage and Cold Barley.

I like the taste of everything, but weren't able to finish them all as they were too rich. The rice with chicken is already a meal on it's own as it has ample amount of chicken, mushroom (just one big one) and sausage. Next time I'll just order the rice with chicken and the dumplings. The cold barley is delicious, as it tasted like a sago with gulaman, but without the sago and gulaman😄

As we don't have a space anymore in our tummy for their famous Baked Buns with BBQ Pork, we just ordered 3 boxes each to go. FYI, that's the maximum amount of baked buns you can order. 3 orders per person.

Pizza Hut Variety Box

Left alone in the house with no food, I dialed Pizza Hut Delivery and ordered myself a Variety Box A. 

It has a regular pizza of your choice (supreme for me), 6 pieces chicken wings  with your choice of flavor and dip (I chose spicy asian and zesty garlic), 1 single carbonara pasta, 1 single bolognese pasta and garlic loaf bread

Little Bites Cupcakery Red Velvet Crinkles

It tasted just the same as the red velvet crinkles I've bought from a seller on Instagram. I still prefer the chocolate ones though, but I like the cream cheese frosting in between the crinkles.

Twelve Cupcakes Choc Caramel Pecan

One of the featured specials on that day, Thursday. It was the best among the cupcakes I've tried from them.
