Wednesday was her real birthday, so we also went out that day.
For breakfast we had Jollibee Longganisa, Pancakes and lots of Hot Chocolate. Then it was off to the mall.
We shopped hard again and only stopped for a late lunch at Mang Inasal ( my mother loves their chicken pecho meal).
We each had different orders. What I had was Bangus Sisig and Halo-Halo. Both were good.
After lunch we shopped some more before going home to prepare for my sister's flight back to sg. When she was already packed we ate my mother's bday cake and chef tony's creamy parmesan and white chocolate with walnuts popcorn, while waiting for our ride.
After dropping her off the airport, we went to Resorts World to shop and have a very late dinner. We ate at Thousand Cranes Shabu-Shabu.
We ordered the Seafood and Chicken Breast and Angus Beef and Seafood, and two orders of Japanese Rice.
It was a satisfying dinner. Loved the Japanese rice. Everyone did.
For dessert, as we already ate a whole lot of my mother's chocolate cake, we just had mcdonald's choco mc dip. Shopping again after that and then it was time to go home.
Back at home, everyone slept right away while I had a piece of the bday cake before going to sleep. What a full 2 days we had.

Deliveries
Had these delivered as I can't get out of the house.
These were all just for me. My lunch and merienda (snack) for that day.
McDonald's Big N' Tasty, French Fries, Chicken Nuggets, Spaghetti and Chicken

- the veggies of the Big n' Tasty weren't that fresh anymore, I still prefer the Double Cheeseburger and Cheeseburger than this
- also it took them almost 2 hours to deliver my order. They came up with excuses like they have a lot of deliveries that day and so and so. I haven't had that experience with Jollibee. With Jollibee you'll get 200 peso worth of gc if they go beyond 30 minutes. Maybe McDonald's should implement the same.
- btw, this was way before the storm, almost 3 weeks ago
Chowking Halo-Halo ( one with macapuno and the other topped with ube ice cream), Buchi and Beef Siomai

- they ran out of crushed ice that I had to cancel my order and re-order after 3 hours

Razon's of Guagua

I was craving for their Halo-Halo that I went to their branch in Robinsons Place just for it and added Pancit Luglug and Special Ensaymada to my order.

The Halo-Halo was still as special as ever. With the fine shaved ice and the ingredients of sweetened bananas, leche flan and macapuno complementing each other.
The Pancit Luglug and Special ensaymada though weren't as good as I remember them to be. In the case of the Luglug, the noodles were to blame. They were as hard as raw noodles. While the Ensaymada was just okay, soft but not fluffy and cheesy.

Milky Way Halo-Halo
They (bloggers) weren't lying when they said that Milky Way has one of the best Halo-Halo (P85.00) in the Philippines.

The shaved ice used just smoothly melted in my mouth and there were generous amount of ingredients like leche flan, gulaman, ube, banana, kaong, beans and garbanzos and a scoop of ube ice cream in the Halo-Halo. But even with that said it is still number 2 on my list, second only to Razon's.
