TWG Cafe

After our Boon Tat dinner, we went to Marina Bay Sands to shop, watch the lights and fountain show and have dessert.

After shopping and watching the fountain show, it was now time for dessert. We chose to have dessert at the TWG Cafe. I mean I chose and they followed.

There were five of us so we ordered 3 pots of tea. We had the Choco Mint Truffle Tea ( a light after 8 chocolate/mint taste), Creme Caramel Tea (sweeter than the choco mint and has a darker color and taste) and Geisha Blossom Tea (this is the best, subtle but refreshing and soothing. Liked by all of us).

and for dessert: Chestnut Cake (the best among the desserts),

Green Tea Financier (mix of chocolate and green tea, bitter and sweet) and Canele (chewy, sweet and good with jams and clotted cream).

Overall, we were attended very well by all the staff, from the Singaporean hostess at the front steps (she even guided my mother up the steps and down after our snacks) to the Filipino and Singaporean waiters and manager that night. They even gave us a free chestnut cake. They were very nice and welcoming that we can't help but give them a big tip.

The gold tea pot covers were very classy especially when paired with the black pot, the seats were also very regal and the music was soft and relaxing. It was back to the hotel after that, but what a great day it was. I love my loots, the food I ate, the place I'm in and the company I'm with.
