We passed by their cafe on our way out of SM Aura. I wanted to try even just one of their pastries. My friend said she used to eat La Gourmandise every day while she was in Europe, and she said it was good (though the pastry she ate in Europe was not from Paul Boulangerie Cafe). She also said it's best eaten warm.
La Gourmandise is a croissant with chocolate chips and fresh pastry cream.
I ate it for merienda the next day. I warmed it up in the toaster before eating it. It was good and filled with a lot of melted chocolate.
