Very pungent brie cheese. I love bleu cheese and Gorgonzola, but it's my first time to taste and smell a brie cheese. I thought it would be delicious, as delicious as what Giada de Laurentiis had in her baguette in Paris, but the one I had was terrible.
It was like eating raw mussels in consistency with a bitter taste and a fishy smell. It tasted and smelled off. And to think I was dreaming of this sandwich for weeks.
