The bread was so crunchy that it was hard to bite off it.
It was like a pot pie on a bread. It has the appearance of a pot pie with the consistency of a stoup ( coined by Rachael Ray, in between a stew and a soup) but with corn chowder taste. And instead of a pie crust covering the stew/pie, it was a thin layer of mozzarella cheese.
Doesn't taste as good as it sounds.
