I always love eating the tops & sides of cakes & breads, in fact my sister often gets mad at me for doing so =)
What can I say, I just love anything thick & crunchy. So when Goldilock's came out with their Cake Stix P35, I made sure to buy one ASAP.
Aside from it's made from the sides of their chiffon cakes, it's also toasted. It's like a biscotti but softer.
What more can you ask for? Well, for starters, I think they should offer different flavors of it =)
