Banapple White Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake

Cheesecake with raspberry preserves and raspberry cream, topped with chunks of butter cookies and white chocolate twirls

Again, like their other cheesecakes, it has an oily crust. Not only was the crust too oily but also over baked. It also has a too thick cheesecake that doesn't melt in your mouth. The butter cookies were also over baked and with bitter edges.
What I love here is the raspberry cream alone.
