Since I love snacking on sweets at home, I bought a slice of Chocolate Carrot Cake from Chocolat for P65 a slice.
2 Layers of carrot cake filled and iced with bittersweet chocolate icing.
This was a tone down version of the usual carrot cake frosted with cream cheese that’s high in calories and fat.
Chocolat’s version of the cake was packed with carrots. The cake was dense but still moist though dry on some parts (sides). I also think it needs more chocolate, only then will it be very good.
