Ryoushi means fisherman in japanese while Oishi is delicious. So maybe Ryoushi Oishi means delicious fish/tuna.

Buttery-soft brioche type bread made tangy and sweet by the tuna and salty by the katsubushi flakes, which often reminds me of tinapa flakes.
